Karen has earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations placing her in the top 5% of her profession. She is an associate Broker with Irongate Inc. Realtors, one of the largest independently owned real estate firms in the greater Dayton area. Karen is the recipient of the Irongate Sales Leaders award for multi-million dollar sales production and was chosen to manage the Englewood office from 2009 to 2018.
