About Karen L. McDorman, ABR,CELA,CRS,SFR,DRA, Broker Associate

Karen has earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations placing her in the top 5% of her profession. She is an associate Broker with Irongate Inc. Realtors, one of the largest independently owned real estate firms in the greater Dayton area. She is also a member of Dayton REALTORS®, the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Karen is the recipient of the Irongate Sales Leaders award for multi-million dollar sales production and was chosen to manage the Englewood office from 2009 to 2018.  In 2006 she successfully completed the Irongate Signature Skills classes to garner the Signature Real Estate Services® Accreditation.  2010 added the Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) certification and Dayton Region Ambassador Certification (DRA) in 2013. Certified Expert Listing Agent gained in 2024.
